1. About Anythingurs

Anythingurs is an online store offering custom printed and design-based products, currently including mouse pads and related desk accessories.

Products may be manufactured, printed, packed and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfilment partners.

For orders placed through Anythingurs, Qikink may be used as our third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment partner.

2. Eligibility

By using Anythingurs.in or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

  • You will not use the website to engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to:

  • Screen and device settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Printing processes

  • Material characteristics

  • Production conditions

  • Differences between digital artwork and physical printing

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information at any time.

4. Custom and Personalised Products

Some Anythingurs products may be customised or printed according to customer-selected or customer-provided artwork.

By submitting a design, image, text, logo or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or licences to use that content.

You must not submit content that:

  • Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

  • Violates applicable laws.

  • Contains unlawful or fraudulent material.

  • Infringes another person's privacy or other rights.

  • Contains content that we reasonably believe should not be produced.

Anythingurs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order containing content that may create legal, intellectual-property or other legitimate concerns.

5. Customer-Provided Designs

You remain responsible for the content you upload or provide to us.

Anythingurs does not claim ownership of your original artwork merely because you submit it for production.

However, by submitting artwork for an order, you grant Anythingurs and our fulfilment partners a limited permission to use, reproduce and process the artwork only as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to Anythingurs, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name

  • Logo

  • Website design

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Product photography

  • Original artwork

  • Icons

  • Layouts

  • Other original website materials

is owned by or licensed to Anythingurs and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our proprietary website content without prior written permission.

Product artwork supplied by third parties may remain the property of its respective rights holder.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order on Anythingurs.in, you are making a request to purchase the selected product.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Unserviceable delivery location

  • Invalid or prohibited content

  • Operational or fulfilment limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

8. Pricing

Product prices displayed on Anythingurs.in are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

If an obvious pricing or technical error results in an incorrect product price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been made.

9. Payments

We may offer multiple payment methods, including online/prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

10. Prepaid Discount

Anythingurs may offer promotional discounts for prepaid or online payments.

Where applicable, a ₹40 prepaid discount may be applied to eligible orders at checkout.

Promotional discounts may be subject to conditions and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Only one promotional offer may be applicable to an order unless otherwise stated.

11. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.

A COD fee of ₹40 may apply to eligible Cash on Delivery orders and will be displayed during checkout.

COD availability may depend on delivery location, courier serviceability and other operational factors.

Repeated COD refusals, failed deliveries or RTO orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Anythingurs offers shipping across serviceable locations in India.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, after which delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Remote locations

  • Incorrect address information

  • PIN code serviceability

  • Operational issues

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

13. Free Shipping

Anythingurs currently offers free shipping on eligible orders, subject to the shipping terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Shipping offers may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

14. Returns and Refunds

Because many Anythingurs products are custom printed or produced specifically for an order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Incorrect quantity

  • Customer no longer wanting the product

  • Minor colour or appearance differences

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, significantly misprinted or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Eligible issues should generally be reported within 7 days of delivery with appropriate evidence.

15. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, you should contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs clearly showing the issue

  • Unboxing video

  • Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Where required, the claim may be reviewed in coordination with our fulfilment partner.

16. Order Cancellation

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, printing, packing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

17. Delivery Failure and RTO

Orders may be returned to origin (RTO) when delivery cannot be completed.

Reasons may include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect PIN code

  • Customer unavailable

  • Customer not contactable

  • Customer refusing delivery

  • COD payment not available

  • Premises being closed

  • Other courier-related reasons

An RTO caused by customer-related circumstances does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Additional charges may apply if a customer requests reshipping after an RTO.

18. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Introduce malicious code or harmful software.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

  • Attempt to collect information belonging to other users.

  • Use automated systems to abuse or disrupt the website.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities.

  • Misrepresent your identity or information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

20. Product Fulfilment

Anythingurs may use Qikink or other third-party fulfilment partners to manufacture, print, process and ship orders.

Fulfilment partners may receive information reasonably necessary to manufacture and deliver your order, including customer and shipping information.

21. Availability of Website

We aim to keep Anythingurs.in available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be:

  • Available

  • Error-free

  • Uninterrupted

  • Secure

  • Free from technical issues

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting problems, technical failures or circumstances outside our control.
