Yes. You can upload your own artwork or design for a custom mouse pad, provided you have the necessary rights or permission to use the design. For the best print quality, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with the correct dimensions and good image quality.

Yes. Anythingurs offers custom printed mouse pads that are suitable for gaming, work, study and everyday desk setups. You can choose your preferred design and create a mouse pad that matches your setup and style.
For the best printing results, we recommend using a high-resolution PNG or JPG/JPEG file. PNG is particularly useful for artwork with sharp graphics and transparent elements. Make sure your artwork has sufficient resolution and matches the required print area.
Custom orders require production time before they are shipped. Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, followed by shipping. During product launches, sales, holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. COD availability may depend on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Yes. A ₹40 COD charge may be added to eligible Cash on Delivery orders. The applicable charge will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
Yes. We accept bulk and business orders for mouse pads. If you need multiple pieces for a company, gaming event, team, gifting, promotional campaign or other requirement, please contact us with your quantity and design requirements for a bulk-order quote.
Personalized and custom-printed mouse pads generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product, as they are produced specifically for your order.
However, if you receive a mouse pad that is damaged, defective, significantly misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and, where available, an unboxing video. Eligible issues will be reviewed for a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes around 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Therefore, the overall timeline is generally around 4–7 business days from order processing to delivery. Delivery may take longer for remote locations, during high-volume periods, holidays or due to unexpected courier delays.
